Description

The County of Orange (“County”) is seeking to retain the services of a qualified engineering firm (“Consultant”) to
provide consulting services related to the administration and operation of the various dams in the Specifications
section of this RFP, for which the County has an ownership interest. The County is seeking such services to maintain
these facilities in a state of good repair and to remain in compliance with the New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation (“NYS DEC”) Dam Safety Regulations.
