Summary of Specifications:
The current roller latches on the resident room doors at the Orange County Residential Health Care Facility do not positively latch as per New York State Health Code requirements. The roller latches are to be removed along with their non-latching strike plates. New movable door handles will be installed along with a positively latching strike plate in the doorframes. Existing Fire Doors located in corridors of building to have panic bar assemblies installed on each door.
