RFP-JA-01-2009 - Comprehensive Medical Services for the Inmates of the OCCF

Summary of Specifications:
The Company is to establish a program for the provision of comprehensive medical and dental services for the Orange County Correctional Facility. The program is to meet constitutional and medical/dental community standards of health care and, at a minimum, meet the Standards of the National Commission on Correctional Health Care; State Commission of Corrections and New York Correctional Facility Standards, and all Memoranda issued by the Chairman for the Commissioner of New York State Commission of Correction regarding the provision of health services in Correctional facilities. The numbers in the RFP refer to specific standards for Correctional Facilities as promulgated by the New York Commission of Corrections, as amended from time to time.
