Description

The County of Orange is seeking to enter into a contract with one or more competent professionals, with demonstrable experience in and understanding of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and regulations as they relate to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program, including HOME-ARP (American Rescue Plan), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program, Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program, Community Project Funding (CPF), and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), to provide technical assistance and guidance to the Orange County Office of Community Development (OCD), located in Goshen, New York, as more particularly described in the “Specifications” Section below.
