RFP-OCSO01-06 - Civil Process Records Management System

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to implement and install a Civil Process Records Management System in Orange County. Specifically, we require a multi-user system to facilitate the management of all records generated by the Civil Division of the Sheriff’s Office, hereafter referred to as the Civil Division, in the performance of their duties. It is the desire of the Sheriff’s Office to become accredited by the New York State Sheriff’s Association (NYSSA). To further the effort to achieve this level of excellence, the chosen software must meet the functional requirements set forth by the NYSSA Accreditation Standards. Such standards and procedures have been developed to improve security and increase efficiency in the Civil Office.
