Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements Bio-Degradable Asphalt Solvent to be furnished and delivered to County of Orange. All Departments of the County of Orange will utilize a resulting award to fulfill their asphalt solvent needs. Pricing listed in this bid shall apply to all points within Orange County (FOB Delivered), adding no extra delivery or handling charge. Departments using this bid include: Department of Public Works, Orange County Airport, Orange County Parks, Orange County Department of Environmental Facilities, and are located in Goshen, New Hampton, Montgomery, Harriman and others.
