Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing specialty bags manufactured for the transportation of ballot supplies and bags used for securely accepting and holding provisional ballots. These bags are specific to the election industry, and therefore, a requirement of this RFP is that each vendor submitting a proposal submit proof that their primary business is in dealing with products designed and sold to the election industry.
