Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum acceptable requirements for providing One (1), 2007 or newer 4 Wheel Drive Compact utility Tractor and listed attachments. This tractor will not require a Front-End Loader, and as such, shall include proper front ballast in ensure safe operation of the tractor. The Attachments include: Rototiller, Fertilizer Spreader and an Aereator, all to be PTO driven from the rear of the tractor.
