The County of Dutchess, Department of Public Works wishes to solicit bids for a Spreader Controller Retrofit/Upgrade for Five (5) 2003 4x4 Oshkosh and Four (4) 2002 Mack RD Snow and Ice Control Vehicles. It is the intent of this document to describe an upgrade from existing manual controls to new Electric Spreader Controllers for specified vehicles.
