RFP-DCP-12-09 - UCS-Ready IP Telephone System for Dutchess County Government

Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Internet Protocol (IP) Telephone capable of providing telephone communication between all County office locations via the County Metro Area Network, Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections, the internet and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) with PSTN routing as the least desirable alternative. In addition to the IP Telephony component, vendors must submit options for implementing Unified Communication System features and functions including: unified messaging which integrates email, voice mail, fax, text messaging and instant messaging; video and video and audio conferencing and network subscriber presence.
