The purpose of this FEDERALLY FUNDED program is to continue the Poughkeepsie-Dutchess County Transportation Council traffic count monitoring program started in 1999 on non-state federal aid roads in Dutchess County. The PDCTC program consists of approximately 810 count locations, with approximately 270 counts conducted each year.
