Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County and Dutchess Community College in the State of New York are requesting bids from qualified providers of electric retail energy supply within NYISO Zone G of the Central Hudson Gas & Electric franchise. The goal of the County, which should be considered collectively with the College, is to reduce its overall electric energy supply cost to create added financial benefit beyond the Central Hudson merchant function credits applied to the retail access customer accounts.
