Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is seeking the services of a qualified consulting firm to prepare remedial construction design and contract documents and provide remedial construction oversight for the implementation of any subsequent remediation of the Perx Property. The 20-acre Perx Property site is located at 68 South Broadway, between Smith Street and South Broadway, in the Village of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York. Frontage along the western side of South Broadway provides access to the property.
