RFP-DCP-47-11 - Professional Auditing Services

Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is requesting proposals from Certified Public Accounting firms with experiences in New York State DOT rules and regulations to audit Hendrick Hudson Bus Lines State Transportation Operating Assistance (STOA) statements for the fiscal years ending March 31, 2009 through April 1, 2011. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office's (GAO) Government Auditing Standards (2007), the provisions of the Federal Single Audit Act of 1984 as amended and U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, Audits of State and Local Governments as well as the current Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requirements.
