The Dutchess County Clerk's Department requests proposals to index, bar code and scan images from microfilm, Libers and other papers and to merge the images to existing indexes for all land records from 1980 through 1991. The County's documents for this time period are not all microfilmed or digitized. Some of the documents have been indexed, some have been microfilmed and some are the original documents and are only indexed on manual indexes.
