Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Clerk's Office requests proposals to convert 1989, 1990 and January through June of 1991 or two and one-half years of either microfilm or libers of mortgages and deeds to digital images. The vendor will ensure that the images will merge into the county's existing digital imaging system and the indexes will merge into the county's indexes for all land records. The vendor will ensure that the product can be used for a certified title and land record search.
