Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Office for the Aging has a need to acquire a food service contract for preparation of daily meals, Monday through Friday. The County will provide the space, equipment, and utilities for meal preparation and will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment. The Contractor will be responsible for purchase of food, reparation of food, and transportation of prepared food to the nutrition sites in Dutchess County.
