Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess (Department of Social Services and County Attorney) requires the services of the Contractor (primary or secondary) to personally serve Court related papers for various departments within Dutchess County Government. Since the successful bidder will be serving, for example, child support, child neglect/abuse, and Juvenile Delinquent/PINS petitions, the successful bidder may not be the subject of any such prosecutions or have any such prosecutions pending against the successful bidder by the County of Dutchess.
