The County of Dutchess requires the services of the Contractor (primary and secondary) to personally serve Family Court and Department of Behavioral & Community Health related papers for various Departments: Department of Community & Family Services (DCFS), Office of Probation and Community Corrections (as payer for Family Court generated orders of protection), Department of Behavioral and Community Health (DBCH), and County Attorney, within Dutchess County government.
Since the successful bidder will be serving, for example: child support, child neglect/abuse, Family Offense petitions and Juvenile Delinquent/PINS petitions, and Assisted Outpatient Treatment (“AOT”) documents the successful bidder may not be the subject of any such prosecutions or have any such prosecutions pending against the successful bidder by the County of Dutchess
