The Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services (hereinafter "DCDCFS”)
announces a funding opportunity for Parenting Skills Training Services. DCDCFS is seeking a
program designed to assist the County in addressing the needs of these families enabling them to
acquire and improve the skills needed to become effective parents and to help them avoid the
placement of their children in foster care or to facilitate the return of their children from care.
