The Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DCDPW) is requesting proposals from qualified
contractors capable of performing abatement and/or remediation of asbestos (pursuant to Part 56 of
Title 12 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (Cited
as 12 NYCRR Part 56), lead, and microbiological contaminated structures, pursuant to and in strict
compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and procedures, on an as
needed basis at various Dutchess County locations.
