Description

Dutchess County is seeking to retain qualified firms or teams to provide On Call Rightof-Way Acquisition services as described herein for various County sponsored projects
including, but not limited to, highway, bridge, building and traffic engineering projects.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to help the County select a qualified and
experienced consultant firm or team. Dutchess County seeks to make multiple
designations for these services. No work is guaranteed under any contract awarded until
a work assignment is issued by the County.
