The Dutchess County Department of Public Works – Buildings (hereinafter referred to as “County”) intends to award “on-call” contract(s) for as needed commercial/ industrial plumbing services. These services include, but are not limited to, construction, renovation, repair and all related plumbing work (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”). The awarded contractor(s) will furnish all labor, material, equipment, and tools— on an as needed basis for various Dutchess County facility sites.
