Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess seeks to contract with Suppliers in order to secure a reliable source from which to purchase sand, gravels and aggregates listed. All materials furnished under the provisions of these specifications shall conform to any special requirements listed herein and all provisions of Section 703 of the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials, 2008. Suppliers shall honor bid prices for all municipalities and special districts within Dutchess County.
