Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Department of Mental Hygiene's Continuing Treatment Centers are licensed outpatient treatment programs providing full day treatment services to patients residing in the area. This facility is located at 47 West Market Street, Rhinebeck, New York. The work area is approximately 9,460 square feet. All bidders should understand that the Treatment Center maintains an average daily attendance of approximately 77 patients. Patients attend the center up to five (5) hours per day. In addition, the Center employs 22 full-time and part-time staff. The work called for under these specifications consists of furnishing qualified supervision, plan, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, (except the supplies and utilities which are to be supplied by the County) and performing all work specified.
