Summary of Specifications:
The Continuing Treatment Center/Family Services, Inc. Mental Health Clinic is a licensed outpatient treatment program providing full day treatment services to patients residing in the area. This facility is located in the old infirmary at the Dutchess County Health Care Facility complex on Oak Summit Rd., Millbrook, New York. The work area is approximately 13,500 square feet, which includes group activity rooms, kitchen/lunch room and offices, in addition, to patient and staff restrooms. The work called for under these specifications consists of furnishing qualified supervision, plant, labor, supplies, materials, equipment (except the supplies and utilities which are to be supplied by the County), and performing all work as specified.
