Summary of Specifications:
The purpose and intent of theses specifications is to provide a competent and reliable source of material for an undetermined quantity of the above items D-14a through D-306. The purpose of this bid is to obtain the lowest possible cost for all of the items, from the lowest responsible bidder(s). Bidders are advised that the award of this contract for furnishing materials, shall be determined by "weighted Bid Analysis". That is, bidder will submit bids for all items listed, per category, and a single bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsible bidder, per category.
