Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess, in compliance with New York State Municipal Law #103, has a requirement to enter into a contract with qualified suppliers and contractors for the supply of Ford automotive replacement parts. The intent of this specification is to provide a source of supply of replacement parts and components, utilizing exclusively Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) parts, for various specialized Ford equipment in use by the County of Dutchess. Bids will only be accepted from FACTORY AUTHORIZED VENDORS. A letter shall be supplied with each bid proposal sheet, stating if the vendor is a FACTORY AUTHORIZED VENDOR. ONLY ORIGINAL OEM PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
