Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess, in compliance with New York State General Municipal Law 103 has a requirement to enter into contract with qualified suppliers for the supply of Ford automotive replacement parts. The intent of these specifications is to provide a source of supply fo replacement parts and components, utilizing ONLY Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for various Ford equipment in current use by the four (4) Dutchess County departments/divisions listed in the specifications.
