Summary of Specifications:
The County of Dutchess is engaged in extensive alternative to incarceration and intensive supervision programmming designed to hold offenders accountable while insuring community safety. The Dutchess County Office of Probation and Community Corrections currently has an effective and long standing radio frequency Electronic Home Monitoring System in place for the enhanced supervision of certain juvenile and adult offenders. EM equipment must be reliable and capable of reporting alerts accurately and concisely in real time.
