Summary of Specifications:
To build on our Dutchess County's tradition of excellence, the County Executive is asking for a broad based review of the County's Department of Social Services non-services programs' organizational structure, operations and processes, management and relationships with other Department divisions in order to continue and meet future challenges to fulfill the County's core mission in a fiscally prudent manner. The five programs/divisions involved in this Request for Proposal are Food Stamps/HEAP, Medicaid, Day Care, Employment and Temporary Assistance.
