Real Property Tax Service Agency requests bids to convert 41,657 aperture cards to digital format and provide a TIFF, a PDF, and a 35 mm film for each record. A search and retrieval system to access the data from a single work station is desired. These records represent 30 years of tax map changes which are mandated to permanent retention status. There are 20 towns, 2 cities, and 9 villages that make up this project. Each town, city, or village has multiple tax maps which have multiple aperture cards based on change date in addition to index maps.
