RFP-DCP-38-12 - Child Abuse Medical Examination Services

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to identify a contractor to enter into an agreement wherein the contractor will partner with the Dutchess County Department of Social Services and the Dutchess County Child Advocacy Center Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to provide Medical Services, assessments, examinations, evaluations, and opinions in cases where children under the age of 18 are alleged to be victims in physical abuse, sexual abuse and caretaker neglect. The Proposer will be considered the Medical Director of the Child Advocacy Center, and as such, is a member of the MDT, which investigates child abuse allegations and provides services to victims of abuse and their families.
