Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Office for the Aging seeks proposals for the provision of Caregiver Support, Training and Counseling Services for family caregivers. "Family caregiver" means an adult, either a family member or another individual, who is an informal provider of in-home and community care to an older (age 60 and older) individual. One grant of $12,000 ($9000 from Dutchess County + 25% contractor match of $3000) will be awarded.
