RFB-DCB-05-25 - Alterations to Dutchess County Office for Central and Information Services

The work of this project is defined by the contract documents and includes but not limited to: selective curtainwall replacement; Modular vestibule at back stairwell/exit; concrete stairs and foundation at back exit; exterior stair replacment including guard/handrails; existing curtainwall refurbishment including gasket replacement and new spandrel metal panels; site, concrete sidewalk and asphalt paving work associated with stair replacements and vestibule.
