ITB-5965 - YMHS - Reconstruction of Windows, Doors, Roof and Arena Features

Summary of Specifications:
Contract 1 General Construction: Scope of work includes but is not limited to partial roof replacement and repairs, roof flashing installation and repairs, masonry facade repairs, replacement of interior smoke control doors, Arena ceiling replacement, installation of concrete sidewalks and related asbestos abatement. 

Contract 2 General Construction (Exterior Windows & Doors): Scope of work includes but not limited to the replacement of the entire School’s exterior windows and doors, new window shades, window security screens and related asbestos abatement. 

Contract 3 HVAC: Scope of work includes but not limited to the replacement of Cabinet Unit Heaters affected by the replacement of the exterior doors and associated HVAC controls. 

Contract 4 Electrical: Scope of work includes but not limited to replacement of the Arena house lighting and controls, exterior door access controls, upgrades to the Fire Alarm magnetic hold open devices serving the smoke control doors being replaced under the General Construction Contract and power disconnect and reconnect of the Cabinet Unit Heaters being replaced under the HVAC Contract.
