Summary of Specifications:
Bid 5447 – RENTAL & CLEANING OF CITY WORK UNIFORMS Note: Bid 5447 (revised specification) is a re-bid of Bid No. 5129 which was a No Award The intent of this specification is to provide a source of supply for the rental and cleaning service of new work uniforms to (421+/-50%) City Employees. This service is to include: issue (including measuring), laundering (pick-up and delivery), provide lockers, repair and replacement, as required. The uniforms will be laundered on an even exchange basis as described in this specification. All items issued at initiation and replaced thereafter must be new. Contract Period is for 36-months with an option to renew for up to an additional 2-12month periods upon mutual consent of both parties at the same unit prices, terms and conditions of the original contract.
