ITB-5211B - Waterfront / Pier Utilities Project

Summary of Specifications:
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for modification to the waterfront development at Main and Pierpoint streets. The project includes the modification/replacement of the existing 75kva transformer with a new 1000kva transformer to service the pier and waterfront area. Along with the new electrical service, new utility feeds for gas and water to the pier will be installed. Reworking and replacement of the existing concrete paver system will be required for the installation. A site inspection will be held on October 18, 2006 at 1 PM at the City Pier, Main & Pierpoint Streets.
