The City of Yonkers is seeking a qualified vendor to provide low-cost Trap-Neuter-Return TNR) services for feral cats within the City limits. The selected vendor will be responsible for the humane trapping, transportation, sterilization (spay/neuter), ear-tipping for identification, post- surgery monitoring, and safe release of the cats back to their original location.
