ITB-dc-5342 Vote - Transport Voting Machines to Polling Locations

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Yonkers is seeking a vendor to transport Voting Machines and other Related Equipment. There are 304 Voting Machines in inventory. 300 accommodate that number of voting districts; the balances are either spares or are damaged awaiting repair or replacement. Each has a gross weight of 600 pounds and measure in inches when opened 60” x 56” x 74” when closed 20” x 56” x 74”. There are approximately 80 locations to which voting machines with a supply bag are delivered as directed by the City Clerk for General Elections, Primary Elections, Special Elections, (occurs less frequently and usually does not involve all election districts) and Presidential Primary Elections once every four years. The trucks used to transport the machines must be equipped with a hydraulic lift gate with a minimum lifting capacity of 2000 pounds.
