Summary of Specifications:
This bid document specification is to secure a source to provide towing services for city of Yonkers vehicles for a 24-month period.Vehicles to be towed include, but are not limited to; passenger cars, vans, pickup truck dump trucks, front-end loaders/backhoes, street sweepers, snow plows/salting trucks, fire trucks, refuse trucks and roll-off trucks. Most vehicles in need of towing service shall be located within the City of Yonkers boundaries, but on occasion, vehicles shall be towed from outside the City of Yonkers borders. These vehicles shall be towed to various City of Yonkers repair facilities.
