Summary of Specifications:
The Yonkers Police Department Property & Evidence Unit requires the installation a new security system at 170 Saw Mill River Road. The contractor shall be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring (24/7) of the entire system. The area to be covered is approximately 15,679 square feet. This project is considered Public Work and is subject to NY State Prevailing Wage rates. The contract shall be awarded to the firm whose proposal is determined to offer the best value based on cost, qualifications, experience, and compliance with City requirements.
