Summary of Specifications:
Remove existing wood windows and doors, install new aluminum (49) double hung windows, (4) fixed windows and (2) projected-in windows, and 2 hollow metal doors as per bid specification. Windows need to be removed by an asbestos and lead abatement crew. Bidder must use a certified NYS Abatement Contractor and must follow NYS and local codes. Abatement to be included in the bid unit price. Unit Prices to include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services to perform the work as required in specification.
