Summary of Specifications:
DETAILS: Twelve-month contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the replacement of sidewalks at approximately five hundred (500) locations throughout the City. Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of new 5” concrete sidewalks, 8” concrete driveways, concrete curbs; removal of trees/tree stumps; excavation and removal of excess sidewalk materials and tree roots; all necessary fill; adjusting manhole heads, water gates, gas boxes, oil filler pipes, and water curb cocks to meet new grades; all filling, fertilizing, and seeding of affected arrears; removal and relocation of affected signs; maintenance of traffic. This is a unit price bid (23 line items).
