Summary of Specifications:
This is an annual service contract for the inspection, start up, preventative maintenance and end of season shut down for the District’s air-conditioning equipment. It is renewable for up to three years under the same terms and conditions if agreed to by each party.

The District consists of 41 schools in 50 separate buildings plus a 50,000 square foot warehouse. There is a total of approximately 3.7 million square feet of floor space. The average building is about 70 years old.
