Summary of Specifications:
This bid is to provide service for the pickup, removal and lawful disposal of rock and dirt from the City Yonkers Recycling Center located on 735 Saw Mill River Road & the Organic Yard located at 610 Nepperhan Avenue. This service is for a 24-month Period and may be extended by mutual concurrence for an additional 12-month period at the same unit prices, terms and conditions, and delivery requirements as the original contract. Bidder are to have licensed commercial drivers, use roll-off trucks able to handle 20 yard containers of rock and dirt Bidders to abide by all local, state and federal law on the removal and disposal of rock and dirt.
