Summary of Specifications:
Public work general construction contract shall be for downstream and upstream embankment restoration. Specific work includes vegetation/trash removal; cavity backfill; slope shaping and preparation etc for topsoil and seed; removal, cleaning, and reuse/reinstallation of rip-rap; installation of turbidity curtain and Geo-textile barrier.
