ITB-5278 - Rehabilitation of Elevated Water Storage Tank (1.0 MG)

Summary of Specifications:
•The complete commercial blast (SSPC-SP 6) of the tank exterior including full containment during paint removal. •Application of an organic zinc-rich primer, an epoxy intermediate and a urethane finish epoxy system. •The interior will be coated with a 100% solids NSF-61 epoxy after the near white metal blast (SSPC-SP 10) of all surfaces. Dehumidification and artificial heating shall be required for interior coating system. •Miscellaneous welding and structural repairs. •Replacement of existing ladders, hand railing, screened roof vent. •Modifications to existing mounting of communication antennas at the tank. •Existing footing and anchor bolts/nuts evaluation and repairs if necessary.
