RFP NO.: 242 Operate an Outdoor Food and Refreshment Concession at the City Hall Rotunda The City of Yonkers is seeking a qualified and competent vendor to operate a quality outdoor food concession at the City Hall Rotunda located at 40 South Broadway for the summer season. Vendor shall be required to supply a variety of food lunch items, beverages and desserts. The Vendor shall provide all labor, supervision and material required to operate and maintain the food concession at no cost to the City. A guaranteed flat fee payable annually is the City’s proposed method of payment for leasing the facility. The minimum upset price for this location is $50.00.
