RFB-6278 - REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF PLAYGROUNDS

This is an annual maintenance, service and repair contract for thirty six (36) playgrounds at twenty six (26) schools in Yonkers Public Schools.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and protection necessary to inspect, service, and repair the existing playgrounds. All work to be performed by qualified technicians using manufacturer’s replacement parts and materials or equal for existing equipment.

The Contractor must demonstrate a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in maintaining playgrounds in school districts with 7 or more playgrounds in multiple locations and submit five (5) references from school districts and/or other similarly sized clients to that affect. The Contractor is to possess all applicable licensing, insurances and certifications to perform work as put forth in the service specifications.
